PVC Architecture Membrane
Pvc architecture membrane was developed earlier and is more matured in terms of its industrial usage. The thickness of the PVC coating used in the intersection of the latitude and longitude of the glass fiber fabric can not be less than 0.2mm, thus meeting the requirements. In order to improve the aging resistance of the PVC, the coating often uses some light and heat stabilizer. Light colored transparent products should add a certain amount of UV absorbers while darker products often add carbon black as a stabilizer. In addition to the PVC surface treatment there are other ways to laminate the PVC layer such as using thin metal film or spraying aluminum mist, with mica or quartz that can prevent stickiness and stains on the surface.
